Views! Views! Views! Enjoy three levels of spectacular ocean views from this Luxury Oceanfront Retreat with your family and friends. Located in Elk Creek, Seabrook’s most sought after beachfront community, you are literally steps to the beach along Seabrook’s easiest beach access trail (no stairs). This beautifully designed and decorated home has something for everyone, including our four legged friends. Fabulous designer shabby coastal décor throughout creates an atmosphere of beach fun and relaxation with little design surprises as you walk through the house.
On the main level, take in panoramic views of the beach, ocean and sunset as you have a delicious meal made in the wonderfully appointed kitchen on the large covered deck. By the time you are done with dinner on your first night your car will be charged using the home's electric car charging station.
The ocean views continue on the lower level in a large media and game room with a 70” TV for watching your favorite beach movie or playing games with the PlayStation 4. Adjacent to the media room is a bunk room with three sets of XL twin bunks, which is great for large families. There is also a covered porch outside the lower level for kicking back in a lounge chair or in the hot tub to watch the waves. You will not believe the views you have from the hot tub!
On the upper level, you guessed it, more views and three more bedrooms. All beds throughout the house (including the bunks on the lower level) feature pillow top mattresses for added comfort as you drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves. Each bedroom is decorated to have a distinctive character, including theprimarysuite. The primary suite features sweeping views of the creek, beach and ocean and has a large bathroom vanity and a soaking tub for relaxing. There is a large balcony off the primary suite with lounge chairs for taking in the summer sun, watching the ocean (you might even be lucky enough to see a whale migrating down the coast in the winter), spotting a bald eagle, marveling at a spectacular sunset or star gazing on a clear night.
We invite you to come enjoy this home and fly a kite or just have fun with your family and dogs on the beach. You will truly create ocean “tails” to last a lifetime.
Also, do not forget to enjoy all of Seabrook’s resort amenities and activities including swimming, tennis, fitness center, spa, fire pits, pickle ball, basketball, horse shoes, shuffleboard, forest hiking/walking and bike riding trails, horseback riding camps in summer and bocce ball, not to mention the fun you will have just strolling around the town and enjoying the shops, restaurants and candy shop with ice cream parlor.

Summary: We had a great stay thanks. The house is lovely; the view and access to the ocean are just what we wanted. We lost power for about 12 hours, which was unfortunate. If I could suggest one thing: robes for hot tub use. :). Thank you!

Summary: We used this location for a family reunion of sorts where we could all stay together and cook and enjoy being together. The downstairs kids area was amazing. The bunk beds and their own space with gaming was a hit. Especially for me son that had just had a cast put on and couldn't enjoy the beach. The area itself is beautiful and seeing the water was fabulous. Grocery shopping is tough for those of us that liked to cook we did have to drive into Ocean Shores, but that i not on the house. The kitchen was wonderful for having many cooks and lots of places to sit for a family dinner of all ages.

Summary: Falling asleep to the sounds of the surf from our bedroom windows, ocean views from the kitchen and living room, and a daylight basement that opens to the trail leading you to the beach... these were what we found when staying at Ocean Tails. Whether you have dogs or not (we were unable to bring ours due to one having surgery- but next time we will!), this beautiful house was everything we had hoped for. Our large family enjoyed lots of seating in the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The spacious counters and gas range made cooking our meals FUN! We loved all the seating on the covered deck! The bedrooms were simply put: lovely. The feather top beds were SO cozy and there were extra blankets and pillows EVERYWHERE!!!! We really snuggled in at night with the windows open, listening to the surf. After the first night we decided we didn’t want to leave... EVER! The daylight basement was KID LAND for our family- the giant tv and lots of board games kept us busy on one of the rainy days after we were soaked on our beach walk. The bunk room is something straight from a kid’s dream: all 6 of our kids found a space just for them. Hints for the next family: bring extra laundry detergent- sand will be EVERYWHERE! Make sure to take the trail from the beach back into the Seabrook neighborhood and PAY THE TROLL UNDER THE BRIDGE! Blueberry scones at the bakery are AMAZING!!! Got to get there early for them fresh out of the oven! We will return again and again to Ocean Tails- our family vacation was one for the memory book and this home was the center of it all!

Summary: Seabrook is amazing and this property sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean with amazing views of the beach and the fog as it rolls in and out. You have a great gravel path stepping out the door to walk with the kids to the beach. Beautiful kitchen with everything you could ask for to cook and separate playroom for the kids with large bunk room for all of them. We had three families and it is our favorite place of the last decade and we have spent time on both coasts! It is very family oriented from the house to the community!
